I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over fourteen years of clinical experience, primarily with teens and adults. 

I received my Master’s Degree from University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2010, and have since gained experience in various outpatient settings. 

I use multiple modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to treat mental health problems including:

• Depression

• Anxiety

• Adjustment/Life Changes

• Relationship Issues

Building rapport and creating a safe, judgement-free space for therapy sessions is of the utmost importance to me. Since you are the expert on all things you, I consider you the "driver" of your treatment journey. I’ll be there with you, as the "passenger,” offering support and guidance.

I bring a balance of meeting you where you are, while also offering feedback and challenging you in order to help foster growth and change.
